Samuel Wilson is an attorney and versatile business consultant who has a passion for working with entrepreneurs and small business owners to accelerate their business ideas and navigate through the numerous business and legal challenges along the path to strategic growth.
He has focused most of his career on the expansion of commerce and communities online, virtual business models, digital marketing data collection, and the digital distribution of entertainment content.
While obtaining his law degree at the George Washington University Law School, Sam held director-level positions in the marketing and communications industries, advising executives on business development strategy, forming strategic partnerships, business turnarounds and re-branding efforts. He has also published articles and blogs on corporate anti-trust merger issues and "cause marketing" strategy.
Before attending law school, Sam received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from The University of South Carolina and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
